Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they describe our and your rights and obligations. In these terms and conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refer to us, "you" and "your" means all persons named on the order, “goods” means the product being purchased. When you make an order with us you are accepting these terms of these conditions. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Delivery

Deliveries to the United Kingdom should arrive within 5 working days, mainland Europe with seven working days and rest of the world within fourteen working days unless otherwise stated. All orders are dispatched within one working day of us accepting your order, unless otherwise stated. All deliveries will be made to the address you provide at the time of order. There will be a delivery charge from £4.99.

Return of Goods (Excluding Bespoke Order Items)

You can return your item within fourteen working days of you receiving it. Items returned must be complete, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Any items returned which have been removed from its sealed packaging will not be refunded or exchanged unless it is faulty or damaged on you receiving it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return of Goods (Under Colours Complete Collection)

The Under Colours Complete Collection has been specially priced to offer a saving compared with purchasing each item individually.

As the collection benefits from a discounted bundle price, refunds for individual returned items are not based on their standard individual retail price. Instead, the original collection discount is applied proportionally across every item in the collection. This ensures that each item is valued fairly and that the overall saving received when purchasing the Complete Collection is maintained.

Your refund will therefore be calculated using the item's discounted Complete Collection value, rather than its standalone retail price.

Cancellations by you

You can cancel your order with us at any time within fourteen days of you receiving it, inline with our Return of Goods policy.

Cancellations by us

We reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime. Any cancellation by us will be deemed to be a minor change and no compensation will be payable.

Bespoke Order Items

Unless faulty or damaged on delivery, it will not possible to return or cancel any bespoke items including parts, accessories and merchandise as these will be made specifically to your individual requirements.

Care of Goods

To ensure you continue to enjoy your item, please follow the care instructions which you will find enclosed within your packaging. Following these simple care instructions will ensure your item maintains its appearance and feel.

Pre Orders

For pre order items, we will contact you to arrange delivery once your pre ordered item has arrived in to stock.

Payments

All payments will be taken by credit or debit card and will be made in UK pound sterling. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB.

Colour Disclaimer

Please note, colours may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen displays and device settings.

Liability

We are not liable for any damage caused by or to you or your goods due to any misuse of the goods.
